On 24. – 25. September 2016 the Association of Lock and Key Services (AZKS) in cooperation with Locksmith Service Ltd. organized the 2nd International Locksmith Expo LockFest 2016 in Karlovy Vary. This was already the second edition of the LockFest which took place under the patronage of the Governor of the Karlovy Vary region.
The LockFest 2016 was primarily intended for visitors from the fields of locksmiths, fitters and companies involved in the supply and installation of mechanical barrier systems and emergency openings. The attendance surpassed our expectations again, with the total number of 1742 visitors who took advantage of 292 registrations via the online system, which included participation in the prize competition from the exhibiting companies. Other registration was possible upon arrival.
The Expo was attended by 51 exhibitors from 15 countries, , who introduced their permanent products and the hottest novelties from their assortment to the visitors in their expositions.
The general partner of the Expo was the company FAB ASSA ABLOY,main partners were EVVA, Dormakaba, TOKOZ, ROSTEX, ACT SERVIS and the European Lockmaster Group, Fire Department of the Czech Republic and the Association of Czech Lockpickers.
